(5)有依法缴纳税收和社会保障资金的良好记录；
(6)供应商在近三年内无违法犯罪记录；

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: (1) This negotiation requires an online response, and the supplier must obtain the Shanghai Electronic Signature Certification Certificate (CA Certification Certificate); (2) And have a valid business license or relevant documents; (3) Having the personnel, equipment, and other conditions to undertake this project; (4) Having a good business reputation and a sound financial accounting system; (5) Have a good record of paying taxes and social security funds in accordance with the law; (6) The supplier has no criminal record in the past three years;

(i)符合《中华人民共和国政府采购法》第二十二条的规定；

(1) When a branch established by a legal entity participates in response in its own name, it shall provide relevant certification materials registered in accordance with the law and a written statement issued by the legal entity authorizing its branch to participate in government procurement activities within its business scope and assume all civil liabilities.
