(c)本项目的特定资格要求：具备建设部办法的建筑工程施工总承包三级及其以上资质，项目经理须具备建筑工程专业注册建造师二级及其以上资格。本项目专门面向中小企业采购。

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: With the Ministry of Construction measures of the construction of general contracting of Grade III and above qualifications, the project manager must have construction engineering professional registered construction engineer grade II and above qualifications. This project is specifically aimed at small and medium-sized enterprises.
