(c)本项目的特定资格要求：（3）具有市政公用工程总承包三级及其以上资质，且具备有效的安全生产许可证；
（4）投标人拟派项目经理须具有市政公用工程专业贰级（含以上级）注册建造师执业资格，具备有效的安全生产考核合格证书；
（5）本项目专门面向中小企业采购；
（6）本项目不接受组成联合体。

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: (3) Having a third level or higher qualification for general contracting of municipal public works, and possessing a valid safety production license; (4) The project manager proposed by the bidder must have the qualification of a registered construction engineer at or above the second level in the field of municipal public works, and possess a valid safety production assessment certificate; (5) This project is specifically aimed at procurement for small and medium-sized enterprises; (6) This project does not accept the formation of a consortium.
