  2. Qualification Requirements for Suppliers

  (a)满足《中华人民共和国政府采购法》第二十二条规定；

  (c)Specific qualification requirements for this program:Possessing the construction ministry-issued fire protection facilities engineering construction professional contracting second-class and above qualifications, and at the same time possessing the electronic intelligent engineering construction professional contracting second-class and above qualifications, this project is specifically procured for small and medium-sized enterprises.
