3、其他资格要求：施工现场项目管理机构拟派人员配备要求：

岗位、数量、资格要求：*园林项目负责人（园林专业中级职称）1人、安全员1人、质量员1人、材料员1人、中级园林绿化工1人（班组负责人）。
说明：
1）上述人员配备数量和岗位要求系最低配备要求；对于施工技术复杂的项目，供应商可根据项目情况，在以上人员配备要求基础上适当增加技术管理人员、施工员等人数；
2）*岗位不得同时兼任两个及以上项目,须具有上海市园林绿化工程从业人员项目负责人电子信息卡或《园林绿化施工企业项目负责人质量安全生产考核合格证书》同时具备园林专业中级职称，且无在建项目记录；
3）本竞争性磋商文件所涉及的园林专业是指：园林（园林规划设计、园林植物、风景园林、园林绿化、绿化林业等）、园艺、城市规划、景观、植物（含植保、森保等）、环境艺术、风景旅游等专业；

(c)Specific qualification requirements for this program: 1. Not included in Credit China (www.creditchina.gov.cn) and China Government Procurement website (www.ccgp.gov.cn) in the record list of persons subject to enforcement for trustbreaking, major tax law and trustbreaking subjects, and serious illegal and trustbreaking behaviors of government procurement; (2) It must be a legal person organization established in accordance with the law within China; 3, other qualification requirements: construction site project management agency to send personnel requirements: staffing requirements (people) : 5 positions, quantity, qualification requirements: * Garden project leader (garden professional intermediate title) 1 person, 1 safety officer, 1 quality officer, 1 material officer, intermediate garden green chemical industry 1 person (team leader).
